Technique Stick

Excellent quality does exactly as intended. Knitting marks are in the right spot. It is finished. Has a cool Garage Strength sticker. Love it on my slant board with overhead squat to press combo. I’ve seen reviews in the past of a “simple item” that you can save money by “diy”. You have to support the people out here doing it the right way.

Great training tool

My Garage strength dowel arrived in the mail last week. I purchased the powerlastic bands in the summer. Beginning Olympic weightlifting at 60 requires workouts and training where I am injury free. The technique dowel has allowed me to do more work, improve my technique and keep improving. Great addition to my workouts. Thank you GS.
